A ordered product can only be returned in a few cases. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Returned products cannot be accepted if they:
- Have been used or their original packaging has been opened/removed
- Are damaged
- Have been specially made for you
- Have been specially ordered for you
Return requests
- Send us a return request via the contact form below or send an email to [email protected]. Please mention your order number and clearly indicate which items you want to return.
- Upon receiving your request, we will send you more details about the shipping address.
Conditions
- The article must be returned to us within 14 days after notification.
- The returned article must be accompanied by a return form that you have received from us after approval of the return shipment.
- The returned article must be shipped to the address specified on the return form provided by us.
- The costs for returning the products are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of returning the article lies with the person returning the item.
Shipping costs for business returns
We can only accept goods back after acceptance of the RMA request and if the products are unopened and in their original packaging. When returning or exchanging products, up to 25% of the total purchase amount may be charged.
